1. Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy only applies to products or services that are listed on the UNIWAY website (the “Site”) as “Sold and
Shipped by UNIWAY” that will be shipped within Canada.

 

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping

               Delivery within 2-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping

               Delivery within 1-2 business days.

 

 

General Shipping Terms

  • These are UNIWAY’s General Shipping Terms that apply to all shipping options.
  • Delivery times are measured in business days. All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 business day prior to shipping. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. While UNIWAY and our shippers will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, our customer support staff will send you a tracking number by email to your email address in your account file. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can then go to either Canada Post or UPS to track your order. Please note that the tracking number is sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.

3. Order and Pick Up

  • Your online order will be confirmed and out online team member will contact you for options (COD payment only):
    In-store pickup at the store of your choosing
  • Delivery to your door via courier (online payment required)
  • Pickup orders can be paid at store.

4. Mail In Services

  •  Purchase our service or request a quote.
  • Our technician will call you for mail in services and sent repair form to you.
  • Our technician will call you upon acceptance of the package then generally start to diagnose your device. Please provide tracking number after you ship your device to us.
  • Provide a quote and time line. We will start repairing the device once accepted
     Arrange payment and sent the device back to you.

5. Pick up Services

  • Purchase our service or request a quote.
    Our technician will call you for pick time and sent repair form to you.
  • We will start repairing the device once we pick the device from you.
  • Provide a quote and time line.
    Arrange payment and sent the device back to you.
